We (Roger and Nicole) met while working at Disaster Restoration Services (DRS) in Winston-Salem in 2008. Roger was a water technician, and Nicole was the office manager. After about 10 years of working in the industry for large franchise restoration companies, Roger decided that he wanted to venture out on his own to build a brand, but more importantly be able to still assist homeowners with affordable services when their insurance claims did not cover everything they needed.
Keeping our community roots has been important to us here at Davie Property Restoration from the beginning. Instead of starting with a large franchise, we chose to stick with a small, local business when we started in 2015. We don’t want anyone telling us how we should or shouldn’t help our friends and neighbors, so starting our own business was the best way to ensure we could follow our own moral code. We have put the health and happiness of the homeowner above everything else in our business, and we have felt the community support that we so appreciate.
We have been together for 14 years and have six children ranging in age from 4 to 20. Our children are active in the Davie County community. Our oldest daughter is a sophomore in college, our only boy will graduate from Davie High this year. Our other children are spread across SGES, WEMS and DHS. We love to service our Davie counterparts the most because of the deep-rooted loyalty we all have to one another. Davie takes care of their own!
